Leadership team
Kristian Petersson
Founder and Chairman
Born and raised in Gothenburg, Sweden, Kristian is a qualified mechanical engineer with a postgraduate qualification in business administration and economics. Today, he is Chairman of KPS, one of the largest independent interior construction groups in the Middle East.
Viktor Petersson
Director
A Swedish born, third-generation Dubai resident and finance professional, Viktor has worked with both public and private sectors across healthcare, financial services, and energy. Before focusing on the family business, Viktor was an M&A consultant at PwC.
Philip Ebbersten
Director
Philip is a Swedish executive management professional with deep international experience of establishing operations and working across all aspects of a business, from business development and funding, through to organisational structures and day-to-day operations.
Fredrik Anheim
Chief Executive | Surewood Housing AB
Frederik is an experienced senior manager with deep experience of the construction industry. His skills include coaching, lean construction, construction management, and project management. He graduated in production management from Luleå Technical University in Sweden.
Klas Scherdén
Project Director
Klas heads Teknikkonsult, a project management company, and has a strong history of project management across several leading Swedish companies including construction group Flexator AB. He studied at Chalmers, a progressive university in Gothenburg, Sweden.
Per Modig
Production Manager | Surewood Housing AB
Per is a qualified electrician with a diploma in economics. He built his career in the Swedish construction sector, with a focus on modular construction and the assembly of single family homes. He now heads our Swedish production facilities at Surewood Housing AB.
